Words are just words but yet so POWERful.

In earlier days, I used to laugh about quotes. These days, quotes are everywhere in my life. They are so POWERful when compatible with your lifestyle and stick to your agenda. They chase you, and you love it. A quote can help you more than a lot of other things. Why? Because they are simple to memorize and affect you in a POWERful way –> Affect for effect! The older I get, the more quotes I have and use. If you can say it in simple words, you have understood it.

Single words are at least as POWERful as quotes – Maybe even more. Why? Because it’s simpler. I have many words I love. I really love them. They are so helpful. You can explain things in one word.

“No” words are also words, and they are so so POWERful. The words between the words are magical.

And – words without actions are just lip confessions.

Have a great week with POWERful words!

The older we get, the more we feel our body, the “empty” space in our body. It’s kind of growing into our body and experiencing it from a new perspective – just fascinating. The more we engage all parts of our human body, the more we discover its wonders.

Playing with the different elements enhances this feeling. In water, we can feel our bodies differently than in the air. Particularly pressure triggers something in us, makes us feel good, and keeps us young. It’s no coincidence that liquid is so important to us.

Feel the pressure, feel your life!

What is the definition of growth? What kind of growth do we want?

Everyone has their idea of growth and an innate drive for growth. What kind of growth can the earth and, thus, all living beings tolerate? Can we return from “unhealthy” growth to healthy (sustainable) growth, and how? It starts with every woman and every man. It is simple but challenging.

Landscapes have something calming about them. Certainly, they change their clothes from time to time. Nevertheless, you can feel their depth and the calming element. They have inhabited the earth much earlier than a human face ever has. The height and depth of the trees, the mystical of the mountains, the vastness of the waters. Everything touches you intensely if you take the time for it. And the more time we spend in nature for the contemplative activity, the quieter it becomes around us and within us. We begin to build an intimate relationship with her. Calm and serenity return even in the wildest of landscapes.

I’ve decided to follow a weekly blog structure that fits more into my schedule. Quality and inspiration should be in the foreground. For that, it will be a little longer than the past daily blog. I hope this fits you well and thank you for your valuable time spent on my site!

The Elbe Sandstone Mountains and the east of Germany have always attracted me, as they are exciting to me historically. So, I decided to visit the region for three days without further ado.

The visit to Dresden was more than enriching because of the history and the beautiful buildings, especially the churches.

The hiking and running in the mountains of Saxon Switzerland were very varied. With cloudy weather and light snowfall, I spent 1.5 days in the region and was fascinated by the diversity and bizarre rock formations. It was like a mixture of several US national parks (Bryce Canyon, Arches, Monument Valley, and Joshua Tree) in a winter landscape. You can see the contrast on my YouTube channel:https://www.youtube.com/@lukasstahli/featured

I definitely recommend visiting and immersing yourself in the region. Enjoy!

It was my first time in the sub-Saharan region, which was special. I had already traveled to the southern hemisphere three times before but in Oceania.

The plant and animal diversity was phenomenal, and the contrast with Norway was great. The highlights for me were, besides the famous places like Cape Town with Table Mountain and Cape of Good Hope, Stellenbosch, the Garden Route with the Tsitsikamma National Park, the Drakensberg, the National Parks, especially Kruger National Park, and the Panoramic Route with the God’s Window, the Blyde River Canyon and the Mac-Mac Falls. With four safaris, the trip was also really bushy at the end. The two smaller countries were also fascinating because completely different.

The other side of the coin is the many visible environmental impacts, especially plastic waste, and the monocultures. There we have to think seriously as citizens of the earth. If you like short videos, my personal YouTube channel shows some insights: https://www.youtube.com/@lukasstahli/featured

Overall, Southern Africa was more than worth a trip – Thank you!

My friends, it’s time for the southern hemisphere. This is where the water area dominates, and the big five are at home. I’ll not be able to blog during my time in South Africa, and I’ll update you at the end of March 2023 after my return.

Till then, have a great time and enjoy the end of winter and the beginning of spring!

Is home where you think and dream about? Is it where your physical body is? Is it where your ancestors were? Is it where most of your family members live? Is it where your center of life is, as described in many tax laws? Is it at several locations? It’s very individual, isn’t it?
