Deeper feeling thanks to conscious perception

When was the last time you took a closer look at your body? Have you felt, seen, or heard your pulse in various parts of your body?
When was the last time you were genuinely present and fully aware of yourself?
When was the last time you were outside without headphones and fully surrendered to nature?

From my point of view, it doesn’t matter if we are lying, sitting, walking, running, or in any other position or movement; the important thing is that we feel comfortable in it and fully concentrate on ourselves and our surroundings and inspire ourselves in the process.
